Here We Go Again! Rudy and Nicolas En Route to CES 2025
Date Publié
We are setting off for a new adventure at CES in Las Vegas, the unmissable rendezvous for technological innovations. If you followed our journey last year, you know just how unique this event is. Once again this year, we are participating as analysts, ready to explore, decipher, and share with you the technological trends that will redefine our future.
For the 7th time, we—Rudy Houque and Nicolas Quilliet—are back at it, armed with our experience and our passion for innovation. After the success of our show CES INSIDE in 2024, supported by French Tech Lille, we were asked multiple times to share our analyses in various professional circles. This year, we are renewing this wonderful experience with the Hauts-de-France Region, honoring the local and international initiatives that shape the technological landscape.
Our Expertise at the Service of Innovation
With our complementary backgrounds, we have a unique vision of CES.
- Rudy, co-founder of BLUEGRioT, specializes in the design, prototyping, and industrialization of connected objects. He has a long history with CES, having even been an exhibitor in 2016 with Choose, the connected shoe developed for ERAM (as shown in the photo below, where he is in the company of Gary Shapiro).

- Nicolas, founder of Wokine, brings his expertise in digital strategy and corporate digital transformation, coupled with extensive experience in startup development.
Our duo has established itself as a reliable reference for deciphering technology trends. Every year, we meticulously scour the aisles of CES, explore the booths of bold startups, and observe industry giants to capture weak signals and major sector orientations.
Flashback: What Marked Us in 2024
Last year, CES offered us extraordinary discoveries, spread across several strong themes:
- XR and Augmented Reality: Amazon revolutionized the immersive experience with glasses that integrate sound and offer exceptional visual immersion.
- Sustainable Development: Panasonic and Samsung highlighted environmentally friendly innovations, particularly with the use of recycled materials.
- Connected Health: The BEAMO innovation from Withings marked a turning point by offering an all-in-one medical device for home consultations.
- Cinema and Video: Sony pushed the boundaries with its 16K screens and its articulated arm, which integrates artificial intelligence to create real-time sets.
We were also impressed by more unexpected initiatives, such as the startup Hestia, which transforms a smartphone into a telescope, or Neoplants, which uses modified plants to purify the air. These discoveries reflect the immense diversity of innovations that CES offers every year.

2025: What We Can't Wait to Discover
This year, the major trends look rich and exciting. Among the themes we will explore:
- Artificial Intelligence and Robotics: Generative AI continues to disrupt many sectors. We anticipate spectacular advances, particularly in humanoid robotics and intelligent automation.
- Sustainable Mobility: Electric and ecological solutions for rethought urban mobility should be at the heart of concerns.
- Connected Home: Domestic innovations are becoming increasingly accessible, transforming our homes into smart and ecological spaces.
- Immersive Interfaces: Transparent and interactive screens, with their varied applications, are expected to cause a sensation again this year.
In parallel, we are eager to discover international contributions, particularly startups from South Korea, the Netherlands, and Japan, which often have particularly original and avant-garde projects.
An Awaited Return
Upon our return, we will offer a detailed restitution of our discoveries. Last year, our presentations organized by themes were very well received by actors like Réseau Entreprendre Nord, Hodefi, and of course French Tech Lille. This year, we are committed to sharing our analyses again and contributing to shining a light on French innovation on the international stage.
We are impatient to dive back into the excitement of CES and to introduce you to the technologies that will shape our future. So stay tuned, the adventure begins soon!
